LEARNINGS FROM :WHO MOVED MY CHEESE?

WHO MOVED MY CHEESE?

MICE (SNIFF: WHO SNIFFS OUT CHANGES EARLY AND SCURY: MOVED QUICKLY TO ADOPT WITH CHANGES)
LITTLE PEOPLE (HAW: ADAPT TO SITAUTION AND HEM: DENY AND RESIST TO CHANGE)

Cheese means different for different people ,it really depends on what we want in life and what are our priorities ,for some cheese means happiness for some money ,it depends on what we look at .
When we come out of our fear and when we pass the stage, we become more fearless and free and when we can see things we want wanted to achieve that we have achieved, makes us more happy and positive and energetic.
Change can lead to something better and not thinking that it would lead to have something bad. Our confidence should never change into arrogance, we get opportunities but once achieved something we should not stop but again get in the process of utilizing the opportunities. It is safer to search outside than being restricted in our comfort zone.
We should not thing what could go wrong but should thing what it could do for betterment, we should be ready to accept and react to changes. It all depends on what we believe.
If we expect the changes we can always be in the situation to react and safeguard our self then waiting for when the changes would come. Noticing small changes early can lead us to react better when big changes happen.
We started to change when we laugh at our own mistake and realize it. Reflected on the mistakes made in past and worked and learnt from It.
Biggest hurdle to change lies within us and not something else and what makes us moving that there is always better things outside then mourning on things that didn’t happen . We should pass our comforts and fear. Change happens and things keep moving, we should enjoy the changes and the result of new change.
We should always keep on inspecting things happening around us rather than waiting for the situation to become grim.
We need to change as we want to change. The story is about change may be for job, recognition, relationship or anything, when we get it we get attached to it and resist to change.
In job we can use it as there is always insecurity hovering around us, and we never know a notice would come out, making us wondering and yelling as why and when it happened.
So we need to be always be prepared and inspecting things in and around us so we would be in better position to react with changes positively. We keep on fearing as what would happen if we react to the situation not thinking that if we won’t react and keep on mourning on things situation would turn more grim.
It’s always required that we should not yell on things already happened to us but we should move forward and react to it .Life gives lot of surprises and that is the only fun in living, as living the same boring life does not do any value addition nor takes out our best skills ,many a times because of the tough situation we tend to react and in our deepest of surprise we find out that many unknown and unused talent and skill is already pertained in us.

MEMORABLE DAY AT NATIONAL EVENT(VJIM)

It was a day of happiness, pride, fun, excitement, disappointment and lots of energy .It was not only 14th November,i.e. children day but also a national event organized at Vignan jyothi of management,Hyderabad .
My day started with receiving my friends and showing them the way to the college. It was great to see good crowd there ,we registered our self for two events.
With positive mindset and full of enthusiasm we started our event ,that was ESCALATORS where in it was a mix of knowledge and luck .The event was really interesting, we cleared the preliminary round and was there to compete with top 4 teams.
The main game started wherein we need to role dices and answer the question, it was good set of question and very well organized .With our commitment, believe, team work and specially by god's grace we were declared the winner,as we successfully reached the destination. It was great moment for all of us,we all very excited and enthralled for the next event, that was my all time favorite Business quiz.
I and my team mate sandeep M with highest points in preliminary , which was written round was selected to compete with 4 other teams .We moved on to the auditorium where final rounds of quiz was to be held .We took our respected places ,but unfortunately we could not make it to top,as we were to defensive and in order to avoid negative marks we didn't go for the answers we were even knowing.
So it was a great learning that when we gets an opportunity we should grab it with both the hands.
We enjoyed other events where in my other friends participated ,Mad ad and nach le was really full-tush fun and enthralling .
The event ended on a very positive note ,we were extremely happy to get certificates and cash prize for the event we won.
The event was really a very good learning experience and memorable .

IS INDIA REALLY GROWING?

It took so long for me to post something new, because i was keenly observing things happening in India, finally a topic clicked in my mind and i thought of sharing it with you all.

We all should feel very proud that we are living in the era wherein our country India is undergoing one of its finest and best times in some centuries .I am saying this because of the growth, we are observing in our economy, because India is going to turn into economic power and a power hub for other countries. The Indian economy has recently been notching up some of the highest growth rates in the world. But India’s economic growth is truly a miracle, simply because its economy has followed a completely new path to development, one that has not been followed by any of the late developing economies. “The Indian growth path is unique. That is really scary because we are not following a proven model.”
The first proof towards it is the fight against recession and global slowdown. We boldly fought the downturn and economic meltdown,we were some of the economies which continued to grow and the growth rate was tremendous.
The retail revolution which is going on in India, the telecom boom, the growth in automobile sector wherein the positive news is that country has become the second largest makers of small cars, over taking Brazil and gap with japan narrowing down.
Indian government is also taking some very good moves like of divestment ,listing of its profitable government companies in stock market of India.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh recently sent out a strong message on the need for further economic reform, particularly in the financial sector, and welcomed investment through qualified institutional investors in Indian companies. Stating that the country has been able to withstand the economic downturn, he said a gradual phase-out of the stimulus measures would take place next year.

This is one side of the story and it does not end here, THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION IS
Are we really growing? I really don't feel so ,we are growing in terms of overall growth of our economy but speaking factually we are diminishing and creating a sense of insecurity among our self.
Is growth : terrorism ,naxalism , crime rate ,corruption ,suicides by farmers ,Favoritism to some states on verge of ignoring other states by central govt., fighting for political mileage ,suppressing poor people ,rich getting richer and poor getting poorer, diminishing our culture and values, more cases of old people discarded by their well established children.
Are we boasting about our self for this growth, are we happy with this superficial growth, the hypocrite growth or we are ignoring it as earning money and fame has put a shield on our eyes.
It's very shameful that on one side we talk about growth of India and show people outside India that Indians are very hardworking ,honest and committed to their work and most important thing is follows their values, and on other side we kick people out of our state ,just because they are not from our caste, community, language or creed and most importantly they are poor and they can't fight for their rights, their only motto is to feed their family.
We talk so big about our state and our mother tongue forgetting that whatever we are ,is because of being a part of India ,its combined effort of all Indians that we have a country like India and cities like Delhi, mumbai,Bangalore,Hyderabad and so on.
Its nobodies right to throw somebody out of your state just to gain political mileage out of it. The people whom i am pointing towards is very clear ,i am not taking their name because i don't want to give them undue attention for their deeds.
They teach their kids in best schools and colleges of English medium and after all this talk about local language and common people,if it is so they should even send their kids to the local government or municipality school. This disease is a communicable disease which passes from on from one party to other ,just to be in limelight. This kind of situation and our neutral behavior will act as a major hindrance for growth of our country.
Its high time now, we should not get carried away by the superficial growth, but understand how to grow with our values, with love ,with common goal with equality ,with feelings for common and poor people.
That day i would call that India is really growing when the people who provides us food(farmer) does not commit suicide, when we don't fight on names of caste ,creed, religion, language etc ,the day when all the states come together and get their rights so that they can contribute their part to our lovable country ,when no section of our society gets deprived of something.
Its not so easy to achieve but its all in our hands(we the citizens of India)
""WHERE THERE IS WILL THERE IS A WAY""
